It's hard to believe it's Thanksgiving week already. This has been a year of physical trials for our entire family. Yet to focus on those would only be depressing and keep us self-focused rather than other-focused. Yes, we've each had our moments but I think we each have also spent time being there for each other (within our immediate family) as well as for others having similar physical difficulties. When Allen and I pray together each night our list of those with medical issues continually increases. However, we are thankful each and every day that we are able to still pray for them. God has stretched our family and so many of our friends this way in 2010. I will continue to believe for healing for each and every one. May you have a blessed and joyful Thanksgiving celebration wherever you are!!
